MYOB keep billing me. I called them and asked them to stop. What can I do?

We migrated to Xero 6 months ago. I kept the MYOB subscription going for months, then called in December and had a very uncomfortable conversation with a lady who assured me she'd cancelled our subscription. We've just been billed for January. Why don't we have the ability to cancel the account online? Can somebody please assist me in cancelling the account. I don't want to ring and sit in a long queue to have another awkward conversation!

Cancellations for AccountRight can be done by contacting the phone based team on 1300 555 151 and selecting 'Billing Enquiries' when prompted.
