Re: Reporting

Hi

If that financial data is in the same file then you should be able to. It should be a matter of selecting the correct date range.

Re: Reporting

The data I am after is in a previous financial year which has been closed off.  Any ideas ?

Re: Reporting

You would need to restore the previous year backup - get your reports, then restore back to the current year. Take a backup before you start. Restoring the previous year will over-write your current data - to allow you to get the reports. Then once complete, you File - restore again and overwrite the data back to the current data.

Re: Reporting

Hi,

I think it is possible to change the preferences in order to unlock the previous year without restoring. I saw that when I was searching the preferences for something yesterday.

Cheers,

Eddie
