IRD GST Filing Login Page not Loading correctly - cannot use

IRD login page is not loading correctly and I cannot see/use the LOGIN button to actually login.

Using Microsoft Edge. (NOTE: This has worked every month since you provided this functionality - but not this month) See attached file with screen dump.

Hi @pukehou, the online functions were being updated from 2nd February to 8am today (7th February), so if you try again now, it should be OK. I've just logged in myself.

Have tried about 5 times so far today - still only getting half of the login screen.

Hi @pukehou, have you re-started your browser? Or try using another, I used IE11, try Chrome, Firefox etc.

I have restarted my browser several times and re-tried the GST return filing, with same problem arising, but haven't tried Chrome or any other browser as that would means changing my 'default' browser globally to Chrome, does it not?

 

It is, also, beside the point really....online filing from MYOBand the IRD login page stage has been working fine in Microsoft Edge up until the IRD upgraded their system this weekend.

 

I prefer Edge and should not have to change my default browser to accommodate bugs with the MYOB/IRD integration.

 

If MYOB can't fix it, then I'll just go back to manual filing - which I have done today to close EOM.

Hi @pukehou, you are right, the browser should make no difference, it looks like the changes made by the IRD have broken the integration of online GST filing (in NZ), so MYOB will need to investigate and correct it. I have passed this on to a senior product manager for their action.

While eGST submissions for a few users where processed successfully yesterday, we are aware that other clients not able to lodge their submissions yesterday and we are working closely with the IRD in relation to correcting the lodgement issues.

 

Our team is currently working on resolving a rendering issue with AccountRight Online GST filing which is preventing clients from logging in . We are addressing this as a matter of urgency.

Once again thank you for your patience

 

The team have managed to address the rendering issue with AccountRight online eGST returns, and with the aid of the IRD, some minor lodgement issues we did experience in the past few days. 

 

I understand that you have manually filed for this return however you should fully be able to see that IR log in page for your next eGST return. Although if you do require assistance don't hesitate to get in touch.
