error message when trying to lodge gst from myob

i get the following message whenever i want to file a gst return from myob directly. very frustrating and time wasting as then i have to go and do manually with myird.... defeating the purpose of this tool.. can someone help im getting very bored of this happening

This issue could be related to the cookies or the cache saved in the browser.
