Hi,
I have been using payroll for 2 months without any problems and during the last payrun (weekly) I have been unable to back up.
I have done nothing differently from any other week and now every time I try to work in payroll it asks me to backup but keeps coming up with this error.
Phone support said I need to check the file path is shared and it looks like it is.... so anyone has any ideas what is going on?

If you are still having this issue could you please advise where the backup was being saved to.
