Emailing Payslips Error

I am unable to email payslips directly through MYOB. Using Windows 10, and MYOB 19.4 on my computer.

 

Please advise if this is a compatibilty issue.

Hi @Debbie111

 

Officially speaking, AccountRight 19.11 and later versions are supported on Windows 10, versions older than this may work however haven’t been tested and cannot be guaranteed to work.

 

Within AccountRight v19, to be able to email successfully you do need to have a compatible version of Outlook installed locally on that computer. You can view all of the compatible versions of Outlook on our System Requirements page

 

If you are experiencing an error when trying to email, then you may want to have a look at our help article Fixing email issues, which does discuss a number of common emailing issues and their solutions. Assuming this doesn’t help, please do clarify the issue you are experiencing when trying to send those emails.
