Employee Holiday Update Audit

HI I have run the Employee Holiday Update Audit for an Employee in there anniversay , the total earning are $25k above what he has earned for the year, so his last years holiday pay is calculated wrong, this employee, left then came back so was reinstated by taking out his finish date then putting in his new start date (this is how I was advised to do it), would the HP pick up his old earnings?

Earned $50655.25 -certificate of Earnings

    Which Payroll are you using? Did you use the same employee code when you re-instated him - if so, did you clear the existing gross earnings back to NIL?

      Hi Jennine,

      We are using MYOB Payroll 2023.1, and I didnt reinstate him previous employee, but when I look at his old payslips online his 1st one when reinstate show YTD as his earning for that week only.

      Re reenstated in February2022

      Left in October 2015
