Error message when emailing payslips

Since a recent update of Windows (10) I have been unable to email payslips (via Email software).  Have changed to run as Administrator, have removed all messages from the heading and bottom of payslips, removed the message from the Email settings, removed the protect pay slips emailed option but still no luck.  I am running MYOB Payroll 2017.1

The error message is titled Activation Code and then the words "Printer not activated, error code -30.

Re: Error message when emailing payslips

Hi @CKJK

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of helpful information.

You may find our help article, Error: "Printer not activated error code -30 (or -41)" useful as it does run through the most common resolutions for that particular error, which are to run Payroll using Administrator permissions and to ensure that you have a default printer set for Windows to use.

Do let us know how you get on with this

Regards
Neil
