We have a small country branch that is usually open for 8 hours per day on week days but only for 4 hours per day on statutory holidays. I notice I have made an error when paying a staff member for a full 8 hour annual holiday by using 8 hours of alternative holiday when there was only 4 hours of alt holiday previously earned and available to use. That means the number of hours now showing against the 'Alternative Holidays due line is now wrong (but the number of alt days earned remains correct).
How do I change the number of hours showing against 'Alternative Holidays due' in the 'Leave Due' drop down box?
Which payroll system are you using? If you are using MYOB Payroll - you need to go to the Leave Details Tab in maintain employees and clikc on the Other Leave tab - you will find alternate leave on this screen which you can correct the balance owing.
