How is Kiwisaver paid if the contribution is the employer contribution is via Salary Sacrifice.

I understood that I should not use the Salary Sacrifice option for Kiwisaver.

How do I therefore show the employer contribution from Salary Sacrifice and have it reconcile correctly on the IR349

Was there any particular reason as to why? It should work fine in normal situations.
