The following is taken from our (IR349)
I have a staff member whose
Gross Earnings for month = $3,527
Paye = $656.61
Kiwisaver deductions = $70.55
KS Employer Contributions = $117.81
Employer Contribution (funded by Employer) is 2.00000% of earnings
Kiwsaver pay default = 0.02 (2%)
So why are deductions $70.55 and $117.81?

Hi
One thing would be to check that employees payslips for that month and see if they are all calculating the same amount for kiwisaver. The quickest way to get to these would be via the Pay History tab in Maintain Employees.

Hi
Thanks for responding.
The IR file does not line up with the Payslips
In the attachment you will see the reconcilliation I have completed.
I have not been able to determine why there is a discrepancy
SS=69.12
KS Dedeuction = 70.51
on IR File
SS=117.81
KS = 70.55
Assistance is much appreaciated

Hi
At this point you would need to either talk to a consultant like myself and see whether we can spot the issue (This can be done via remote access) or contact MYOB support to see if they can help. It is hard to spot the issue without looking at the actual Payroll program.
