Kiwisaver recorded in error

When printing off my November Schedule I have realised that in November I have made an error with Kiwisaver for one staff member.  She has an employer contribution recorded (not an employee contribution) and she should not have one.  She is not eligible for kiwisaver at the moment but will be in the future.

 

Do I have to delete the two payrolls done since this time or is there a way to remove this employer contribution?

Hi @SRK

 

I would recommend restoring a backup prior to finalising those two pays, correct the particular error and the redo those two pays. If there is a difference in payment amount to the employee, just make payment to that employee via Internet Banking or a similar method. If a backup is not available, your next best option would be to reverse out the incorrect pays, correct the error and then redo those pays.
