MYOB NZ Payroll Update Version 2017.1

I have recently downloaded the 2017.1 Payroll upgrade. Under 'Help' and 'About MYOB Payroll' the version is showing as 2017.1 so I assumed all had upgraded fine. Now when I am going to calculate a pay I am getting a message that This Version of MYOB Payroll may not calculate taxes accurately for pays after 31/3/17.
