Tried opening MYOB Payroll, and keep getting Confirmation Code Invalid, and Software Version error. Need help please

I have made a slight change to your account which should allow you to confirm that payroll file. This can be done by closing down and reopening the file then selecting to Confirm Online if you do get the confirmation prompt. Alternatively you can go to Help>>Confirm Payroll file to prompt the file for confirmation.

I have the same problem and now it has made my data file read only so I can't process my payroll! Been on hold for 15 minutes on the helpline as well, unimpressed
