My computer has just been updated and the payroll had to be reinstalled.
Somewhere somehow on reinstallation it has not connected with the backups and I am uncertain of how to reinstall all of my backup data..
I really need help.
MYOB Payroll (desktop version for New Zealand) requires the user to have a payroll file set up to restore a backup over the top of, this can be an actual file or a blank payroll (recommended).
New Zealand Payroll Support Note: Moving MYOB Payroll to a new computer Step 3: Copy and restore a backup on your new computer would be able to assist with restoring a backup over the top of an existing file/blank payroll.
