I use IMS and over past 6 months or so we have had more staff telling us their email payslips aren't reaching them.
I send the payslips from the report screen in IMS and a sent successfully report appears so there are no error messages. The main emails are hotmail, yahoo, xtra, but there are other ones.
I have tried taking them off email payslip and reentering their address and sometimes this works and other times it doesn't. We are trying to remove as many paper ones as possible but it makes it hard to promote email option when it doesn't work all the time. Is this likely to be an IMS setup issue or our internal issue.

Thank you so much for your query, it is hard to know the exact reason, as you do not sound like you are generating an error and it doesn’t sound like they are bouncing back to you?
It could be that they are going into the junk or spam so this is an option worth looking into.
It is also possible with all the changes going on with the email providers, that these accounts have stopped certain IPs from being allowed to receive emails from your IP.
