Hi, We have a staff member on unpaid leave.
I have processed the second week off by putting a 1 next to UNPDLVEX .
What do I do for consecutive weeks? Do I just up the number next to UNPDLVEX each week?

For the first week of unpaid leave, you would put the required amount of hours against the UNPDLV (Unpaid Leave) pay code.
For the subsequent weeks, you would put the required amount of hours against the UNPDLV (Unpaid Leave) pay code AND also put a 1 in the quantity against the UNPDLVEX (Extra Weeks Unpaid Leave) pay code. The quantity against that UNPDLVEX pay code would tend to always be 1 i.e. you wouldn't accumulate that number based on the number of weeks unpaid leave.
