Error - 222 in DMGetVersionInfo (5109:0:0)

Getting the below error message when opening MYOB data file. My version is AccountEdge NE. May I know how to solve this problem? Thank you!

    Hi Rachel2805 

     

    Generally speaking an error when attempting to open the file can indicate that there is damage to the file. Depending on the damage it may be able to be recovered by using the Company File Maintenance >> Optimise Company File tool. This tool is designed to run over the file and rebuild it, recovering from a number of different errors.

     

    This will need to be run on the computer hosting the file, and not across the network. Additionally while the file is being optimized, no users will be able to access and work on the file
