I've been using FirstEdge for Macintosh (Release 11.2.0H) for several years to manage my small business. Last week I received the 'Company File Confirmation.' I attempted to register over the internet but was unable to. I decided to give it a week to see if there was possibly something wrong on your end.
Today, I have been unable to confirm via internet or phone. The phone at 1-800-784-7383 system acts as if I haven't pressed any keys. I tried calling from a land line as well as a cell phone. I'm calling from the US if that's any help.
I decided I would contact customer support via the website. When I attempted to create an account on the site it said I do not have a valid serial number. I'm less than seven days away from not being able to bill clients anymore. HELP!
