The error code that you are getting is a Migration issue and I see that your file needs to go to the Data File Repair Team, so that the error you are getting be fixed.
If you can send a private message with the details:
- The serial number of the company file (Setup>>Company Information).
- Account Name
- Contact Email Address
- Phone Number
- Company File ID
