The items we sell are all individual - we allocate them each a unique inventory number. I know that once I have sold the item I can't delete the inventory number, but in searching this website for an answer I found a post that said "You can mark the offending inventory item as inactive then it will not show up on reports (unless you ask the report to include it)." I am marking the items inactive but they keep showing up in my reports, such as "Item Register Detail" and "Inventory Count Sheet". This comment was under different MYOB Software, but I can't see anywhere in Accounting V18 reports where I have told the reports to include inactive items, and I can't fine where I can change it so they don't appear. Is anyone able to help?

f you select the report you want then go to customise and then go to the finishing tab on the report you require you need to untick the "include inactive items"
