Sending Email Invoices Issue --- Justinvoice v1.2

When trying to email an invoice using Justinvoice v1.2 I am receiving this message.

An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded:  5.3.4 554 5.2.0 STOREDRV.Submission.ExceptionSmiley FrustratedendAsDeniedException.MapiExceptionSendAsDenied; Failed to process message due to a permanent exception with message Cannot submit message. 16.55847:2B030000, 17.43559:00000000A0000000000000000000000000000000, 20.521. Please check the message and try again.

Does any one have any idea what may be causing the issue?

Thank you.

Hi @Dean023

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of knowledge

Can you confirm what email product you are using with JustInvoices, including the version number?

Kind Regards,

Re: Sending Email Invoices Issue --- Justinvoice v1.2

Thanks @Steven_M

Im currently using Mozilla Thunderbird 52.3.0

Im thinking that thunderbird is playing a role in this but im not sure how to change the way justinvoice emails out.

Thanks.

Re: Sending Email Invoices Issue --- Justinvoice v1.2

Hi @Dean023

Email integration with JustInvoices is tested and supported with Microsoft Outlook 2003 - 2010 (32 bit versions). This is as per the system requirements. Other email products may work however they are not tested and therefore we can't assist with their interaction with JustInvoices.

If you wish to use a different email program or getting an error with another email product I would recommend ensuring that you have set that email program as the default email program within Windows. Along with that, you might have to right click on the JustInvoices icon and select Run as Administrator - this will run the application with a higher permission set and as such may get around permission based messages when emailing.

Kind Regards,
Steven
