I'm from Malaysia and now I'm using MYOB Premier 19, which is registered under MYOB Australia. It's been 6 months since I last use a company file, and now it required me to confirm my company file when I login.
At first I tried to use the online option, however it failed, and suggest me to phone MYOB customer service.
Secondly, I tried to confirm thru phone, but the number given is Australia, whenever I call, it cannot go thru.
Please advise. Thanks.

Looking at your account I am unable to see any reason why a particular company file will not confirm i.e. the account is not locked. For us to investigate that confirmation of a company file further we would require:
This information can be access by selecting to Confirm later/placing the file into read-only mode.
Once you have obtained that information you are welcome to send me through a private message on the MYOB Community Forum with that information so we can investigate your confirmation further.
