I have just brought a new computer and trying to install justinvoices which was on my previous pc and it wont let me register can someone help please.

As you are re-installing Just Invoices you don't need to register your details with MYOB again, so you can skip atht part and just start using it.

Thanks for your response to my question, I through the same myself but its still asking for me to register i keep putting my serial number and keeps saying not registered 16 more goes only can't work it out.

I'm sorry to hear you are having some trouble with installing and registering your JustInvoices software on the new PC. Alan is right in that with most MYOB software you only need to register the software once with us.
However as you've found JustInvoices does require for a combination of Serial Number and a matching Registration number to be entered during every fresh installation.
