AR Live not required for a company file

Apparently moyob help isn't available on the phone on Saturdays anymore.

I have 3 online files and a few off line files, one of the online companies is not trading anymore (we have merged this company into one of our other ones), how do I remove this from being online (live) to an offline file?

We are paying for this one, and have 2 others that are offline that we no longer need. Please contact me to cancel this monthly payment.

Sorry to hear that you were not able to get in contact with the support team on Saturday but please note the support team has the following opening hours:

 

New Zealand NZST
NZ Monday - Friday 9.00 am- 10.00 pm 
NZ Saturday 9.00 am- 11.00 pm 
NZ Sunday 11.00 am- 7.00 pm 

 

One of the support team members will be getting in touch with you shortly and will help you with your files.
