Our client setup their AccountRight Plus 10 years ago, and their book-keepers have changed many times. No one kept the administrator password. How do I arrange to upload their file to MYOB so you can remove the password for them? They have current maintenance with you.
Admin password removal for AccountRight Classic file come under the banner of Data File Repair.

Please excuse my lack of knowledge but where do I find this 'private message' you sent me please? Only thing I received was an e-mailed quote for the work from donotreply@myob, so I can't reply to that one.

Sorry for the confusion @DavidB80 .
The private message is a function on this forum. If you click on your user icon at top of this screen (in your case the pale face within a circle), a grey interface bar will appear on the right on screen. From there, you select the envelope button.
Separately I did send you a quote regarding the pricing for DFR. I can see how that could have thrown you.
