Bank feeds not working

Hi

 

We're having consistent issues with bank feeds not importing transactions. It has now been 4 days in a row of no transactions coming through, we need this sorted ASAP please.

Thanks for your question,

 

I see you have posted a similar enquiry on this thread, Bank feeds not importing transactions, to which one of our team have responded to you.

 

I’ve followed up with our bank feeds team and they have advised that if you are having difficulty in completing the application for the bank feeds through your internet banking portal, then you can complete the applications through the paper form which will allow the applications to be completed without having to change anything in your internet banking portal.
