Client invoices going to their jubk mail

Hi,
I have found some of our clients are not receiving the invoices we have emailed them directly from myob as it is going to their junk mail. We are a landscaping design and construction company with many one off or short term clients so we are not looking to ask them to change any of their email privacy settings. Is their a way we can solve this from our end?
The only idea we have thus far is to email the invoice to ourselves and then forward it from our our own email. As you can imagine, we are loiking for a more time efficent option.

Hi @NatRev,

 

Welcome back to the forum and I hope you find this forum resourceful.

 

When sending emails from MYOB Essentials the message is sent as "noreply@apps.myob.com" as it uses an app to send the email rather than using outlook. 

 

The easiest option I can recommend is to request your customers to right-click your message in their Junk folder >> select Junk folder and select "Never Block Sender". This is only what they have to do to enable your emails are not stored in their Junk mail and it is one-off selection they have to make.
