Invoices ending up in junkmail when emailing



When I am sending invoices via the email function in Account Right Plus, many of them are going to the recipients junk folder and formating is in plan text also. Is there somethng in our settings to stop or reduce this?


Any response would be appreciated as I have tried CC'ing myself and happening in Outlook also.

When sending emails from AccountRight the message is sent as "" as it uses an app to send the email rather than using outlook. There is not much we can do at your end other than recommending the receiver to whitelist the email address. 



The easiest option I can recommend is to request your customers to right-click your message in their Junk folder >> select Junk folder and select "Never Block Sender". This is only what they have to do to enable your emails are not stored in their Junk mail and it is one-off selection they have to make. Also if this option is not available then you may need your IT guys to set the exemption.
