I selected to restore my company file online and am getting the following error messages when I try to access it.
If I click on try again I get the following error message
It has been close to 24 hours now & so I suspect there is a problem!! I have other online company files and they are working fine so connection problems shouldn't be the issue. I am currently working on a file resotred to the local directory to keep me going but any suggestions to get the file back online would be much appreciated.

We've actually found that due to variations in internet connections, error messages regarding connectivity can sometimes occur when the company file has been restored successfully. I'm therefore wondering what happens when you click on 'Close' instead of 'Try Again' when that message pops up?
If I click on [close] the application stuts down and I have to open MYOB again creating a loop of the first "Connection Error" message.
Has been over 24 hours now & it is still telling me that a "restore is in progress" when I try to access the company file. Must have had a hang up, surely???????
Can I replace the online file with the offline file I am currently using to save all this messing around?
In my experience, if you re-try the restore process it starts a 2nd restore in the background and the only way this can be fixed is to get MYOB technical support to rip that out of the server from the back end. When they have done that (so there is no more online file) you restore your backup to a local library and the upload the file online from there.
