ATO outage - 5/7/2017 (Resolved)

UPDATE: This issue is now resolved.

 

Hi All,

 

the ATO are currently experiencing issues with a number of systems and are working to restore service as soon as possible.

 

Services affected:

  • Tax Agent Portal
  • PLS lodgements
  • Access Manager

 

Any PLS lodgements using CloudAUTH will be held until the ATO returns to service.  AUSkey clients will not be able to lodge via PLS until this issue is resolved.

 

We have not received any reports of ELS currently not working.
