I need to assist a client iwth updating their new ABN number on Retail Manager 12. Any help would be appreciated.

One way to try changing the ABN within their file is to go to Setup >> Options >> GST and enter in their new ABN number.
If for some reason this is greyed out, then the only way to change the ABN would be to force a reregistration of the clients RetailManager. This will need to be done with the support of our phone support team.
