Account has transferred us from Quickbooks to MYOB and I am trying, unsuccessfully, to find where I can recall the previous transactions from the same person. Not a recurring one but just bring back all the information from the last time so that it saves heaps of time when all I have to do is change the amount, or some thing similar.
Hi, I am also new user orginally from quickbooks. You mean automatically recall last transaction, which was a box you ticked in general preferences. Ive looked and don't think myob has this option Cheers Jo
THis is acheived by using recurring transactions in MYOB - you save a transaction that you use regularly as a recurring transaction then when you want to use that transaction your recall the recurring transaction - change any pertinent details and record
