I am creating a Invoice in MYOB.  (First of all I can only create service invoices, not item invoices why?).

I am creating one invoice with Amount 85.83 with GST 10%, in my taxes it puts it as 8.59 ?  HOw come?  It should be 8.583 ~ rounded to 8.58 not 8.59 why does it do that ?

Some one please help.

I'm assuming you are using one of the AccountRight programs.

On your invoice screen, there is a button at the top right marked "GST-inclusive", which you should untick if you wish to see GST added on to the invoice prices.

There is also a "layout" (either at the top or bottom of the screen depending which version you are using). If you select this button, and choose "Item", then you will be able to create items in the inventory section and use them on your invoice.
