Pay Super Not Sending Authorisation Codes

I have tried on two different files to Authorise Super payments and have not recieved any SMS Authorisation codes.

 

Is anyone else having this problem?

Hi Hugh ( @HughBowman )

 

We have had a very small number of Telstra clients who have reported delays with receiving the SMS Authorisation code when trying to Pay Superannuation. Our team are looking into this and aim to have this resolved as soon as possible.


In the meanwhile, you can call our Pay Super Services team on 1300 555 931, option 1, option 1 and then option 3. They will be able to assist you with getting the authorisation code.

I am also having this issue today and am with Telstra as well.....very annoying.  I guess a fix wasn't found back in September when this was looked at.

Hi @kerry17,

 

Sorry to hear you were having issue receiving the PaySuper authorisation code. At this stage there are no known incidents with a particular service provider, are you still having difficulty receiving the code?

 

Please do make sure that once you've requested the code, please do wait at this authorisation window until the sms code arrives. If it doesn't arrive after 20 minutes, please do contact our PaySuper service team via 1300 555 931 during business hours AEDT to obtain the code, and check if there are any service issues present.

I am also having the same problem and have waited hours for a code and never recieved.

 

My number use to be with Telstra, but I transferred to Optus in November.

Sorry to hear that you haven’t received any codes for your Pay Superannuation. As @CloverQ mentions, if you are having difficulty in receiving the code you would be best to give our PaySuper services team as they will be able to advise you of any issues and will also be able to assist you with receiving the code as well.
