I Did my update on MYOB Accountright 19.6 to 19.7 version when it became available. I have since done two payroll runs and still keep getting the message that Tax tables haven't been updated. I have updated them several times and checked each time that it has happened. I still randomly get this message when i go to a payroll related module. Very annoying.
We have three users but have only installed the update on two of the workstations. Would this be the problem?

The same thing is happening to me. We have 7 users and it is happening on all machines despite the upgrades having been done correctly on all.
I spoke to a MYOB rep and they said it sounded like the update had been installed and not loaded through setup. This is not the case as I have made sure that the tables were loaded. I have checked the "About" page and it confirms the update date 1/7/12. Access is allowed after the load process is carried out however the next time you go in it is denied.
If anyone has a cure I would be very appreciative.

Each of your computers must have the 2012 compliance update installed otherwise the following message may be displayed:
"The setup for payroll is complete. The next step is to load your tax tables."
More information can be found in the Support Note AccountRight 19.7 "load tax tables" message when processing payroll.
All the best,

Hi. Like JeanatForce 10, I have also updated MYOB as required, installing both the compliance update and the curent tax tables. I am running v19.7 through a server with 10 users. We DO NOT have the program installed on separate pc's but on one central server. I am getting the message to install tax tables each time I try to do something with Payroll. I have installed the tax tables through Setup 4 times and loaded them again dozens o ftimes but keep getting the same message. The TaxTable Revision Date shows as 1/07/2012 as it should. Please help.

I would have your IT people look at the permissions on the MYOB program folder, it should have full access for all users - if some users do not have this access then the error message you have mentioned could occur.

I am having the same problem. Can you please give me a run down on how to check the "permissions" in the MYOB program folder? It would be much appreciated.

Hi all. I did have our IT people look at the access files. After numerous hours and expenditure of about $400.00, we have the problem fixed. I do not know what was donebut at least our security settings are as they were and tax tables have been updated. I do know that the fixes suggested by you kind people and by MYOB did not work. At least I can now work on payroll any time I need to without having to re-load tax tables each time.
