Super Portal

Hi

 

One of my employees has changed their super fund.  I loaded the new info through MYOB v19 on their card but it comes up with an exception error? It has changed the member number but still going to old Super Fund. I have changed the super fund in the portal site as well but still coming up with exception error? Not sure what I am doing wrong.  Thanks.
