I can not figure out how to import stock without min and max qty values being automatically inserted into the fields.

I am currently importing with no fields selected, and it sets everything to 0, then if I set a field which is empty it sets it to zero, then I can set a value in the field for which it then imports

I am importing 5000 products, none of which I want to stock control yet, I will go through later to change the quantities when core products are established.

I can create new stock manually, and its by default empty, I can also go through the whole 5000 products and change them manually (for which I do not have the time for)

thus, how do you import products with these fields being empty?

I also want to know how to import stock from Retail Basics. The User Guide is hopeless,and the options in the 'import data' of Account right are hopeless a simple one of 'stock' would be practical. Will be watching this space with interest. NIce to see you have had a prompt answer!

What issues were occuring due to the fields having zeroes in the fields compared to being blank?

Hi Tania, Are you trying to export your stock from retailbasics into accountright? If so what are you trying to achieve? Are you going away from using retailbasics? It's not a normal function of retailbasics to be exporting stock hence there won't be a great deal of help with this in any documentation. Happy to try and point you in the right direction Cheers
