Can you please add an extra column in the coding screen to allow for a Memo/Description to be entered manually for each transaction?

An example of where this would be useful would be when coding items to Plant & Equipment so you can identify what the item purchased is.

Thank you for your reply however, when the transactions are pulled through from the data feed (e.g. BankLink) this description is unable to be edited.
We need to be able to alter this field to enter the additional details for the transaction as previously mentioned.
Your response would be greatly appreciated.

If you enter the "spend money" or "enter expense" before importing the bank statement, it can be matched to the bank entry.

Hi KMH,
This is a great suggestion and has been requested by a few people. As per Cathie's suggestions, this can be done via a manual approach, however I personally think, like yourself, that you should be able to quickly add notes / memo's from within the banking screen and let LiveAccounts do the auto matching with a minimum of fuss.
We are currently working on this feature at a concept level at present and hope to have it released after Xmas.

A memo/note feature has just been added to the Banking screen, and will be release within the next 2 weeks.
