Hi,

I was loading payroll tax table in my MYOB accounting right plus.  It came up a message reading

"i I/O Error in routine" with 2 choices Retry or Abort. With retry doesn't make any changes and with Abort choice, just came out of the screen.

Please any help with this

Hi

You probably do not have administrator level privileges to run the routine.  Have someone log on to the computer as administrator and then load the tax tables.

Hi Clive,

I forgot to mention that this error come up when I am processing payroll or changing card list as well.  It seems to be that something in payroll command is generating this message.

On the same lines as Clive, I suggest giving full permissions to all .RES files within your program folder. C:\Plus19\
