Unable to access Partner Dashboard or accept invites

Hi, I have recently joined the MYOB Partner program. I got my email confirmation, changed my password and set up 2 step authentication on Wednesday, but I still can't access my dashboard or accept invitations from my clients. Whenever I attempt to sign in I get the error message sorry, your email isn't registered for a partner account, which it definitely is. I have emailed support and haven't had a response. i urgently need to access my clients account so I would appreciate any advice or someone to look into this for me.
