Not all emails are being sent via AccountRight
Hi, Recently switched from sending emails via Outlook to AccountRight. Have noticed that random emails (payslips, remittance advices) are not being sent. It's usually just one email that doesn't send. And it's random, I can't identify a pattern. I am having to check my Sent Emails each time now and re-send the ones that were not sent the first time. It does re-send successfully the second time round. I don't want to have to check each time. I need to have confidence that all emails are successfully sent, particularly with payslips, this is legal requirement. A client is trying to pay online via cc but their payment keeps being declined. They have enough funds on the card but the system is auto declining it. Its a government grant virtual card they are using - wondering if it is the merchant number MYOB uses as only certain services merchants numbers are accepted for the grant payment. Hi, I entered a partial payment for an invoice. When I checked the Customer Statement, the whole amount is the same. But when I clicked the Record Invoice Payment, the invoice balance amount is correct (less the partial payment) Why is the partial payment not reflecting on the Customer Statement to be emailed/printed? Hi, MYOB have recently migrated my data from AccountRight to MYOB Business and our Payroll data from ACE Payroll into MYOB Business Payroll. I have not been able to get them to help me with the process to set up job allocations in pay items. I cannot find out how to do this online and it does not show up in pay item setup or pay run setup. Can anyone help me please since MYOB seem unwilling to do so?
