Hi Julie This has happened to me also waited 2 weeks for an email from MYOB suggesting on how to fix. Even after reinstalling MYOB still does not hold any data you enter once you exit.. Two - email address is connected to the wrong empolyee 3. and one employee not showing at all but his email is attached to no.2 Have check the employee cards all correct. Hi In the MYOB notes regarding Retention Moneys it states '' If you account for GST on an accruals basis'' as I do ''You'll code the credit invoice as a GST code and code your retention as Not Reportable (NR)'' What happened to this code ??????? Thanks Gavin - I was mainly enquiring that I did have a one stage a Tax Code N-R and I have used this code in the past maybe 2 years ago. I know I did not remove it so was this removed by MYOB.
