I spent 2.5 hours with MYOB help yesterday only to have the issue unresolved and then when I was finally transfered to a technical specialist I was disconnected and was unable to be reconnected as they were too busy. That's the service I pay my monthly support subscription for! I have AccountRight Plus and your solution worked straight away. Amazing!!
