The only work around is to say yes to proceed in order to allow log in. I've had numerous issues trying to log into since the last patch. Re: Can't Login Hang/Freeze InTuneMusicI'm having the exact same issues with the log in and STP declaration. Again same as you I'm processing payroll and then having to declare via the web version. And with the log in it takes a couple of attempts and eventually get the garbled screen as well and can eventually log in. Yes you are totally right these work arounds should not be required to be doing and be the resolution to use the software. The software should work as it supposed to. Re: Can't Login Hang/Freeze Further to my previous post now I"m getting a security alert when trying to log in. I've spent several hours today both chatting and then talking to someone with no real resolution for either the logging in issue or the payroll STP declaration not working via the desktop AR. Suggested solution was to deactivate the STP registration and then reactivate. I was given a link on how to add a declarer but no instructions on how to deactivate. My guess is the person I spoke to was grasping at straws and sending me on a wild goose chase just to get rid of me. The person I was chatting to said I'll need to do STP via the AR web version. Not sure that's a fix??? I'm really disappointed with level of customer service and with no real fixes for either of these issues. What's going on MYOB??? If InTuneMusic you get any sensible information for either of these issues please post here so I can hopefully fix mine also. I'm being sent an email with a link Add 2FA to your MYOB account but when I click on the link it takes me to Keep your account safe page when I select Use email instead it logs me out of the page and take me to https://www.myob.com/au Re: login bug On the desktop version I'm having the same issue as well. I can't get past putting in the email address and get to the stage where you put in your second stage of verification. I've uninstalled and reinstalled to see if it would fix the problem but no change. Any suggestions anyone? Unable to connect MYOB Accountright today Is there an issue with MYOB accountright today. I'm getting an unable to connect error message. I don't have internet issues. Can someone confirm if they're having the same issue. Re: Update -Improved Security- 2FA changes I too am not impressed with the changed security features and without any notification. I originally had a password and 2FA via email and WITHOUT selecting trust this device for 30 days. Now once I've logged in on the Monday and come back on the Tuesday it just goes straight into the software without requesting a 2FA. As Lmcstack writes anyone can log onto your computer and would have access to your MYOB file. This is not acceptable and MYOB are not giving us any options as to what level of security each individual would prefer. Please revert back to allowing your customers to select the level of security they wish to utilise. I know that you can sign out via the services menu which will clear "Trust this device for 30 days" but what perplexes me is that I haven't even selected the "trust this device for 30 days" option to start off with and therefore why I need to clear it via the sevices menu which is additional steps I shouldn't have to perform on a daily basis.
