"My Custom Reports" - says to me that they are mine - which they are clearly not. "All Custom Reports" - may suggest that they are not exclusive? Kind regards, Glenda Re: User Access: My custom reports only reports created by user Dear MYOB I didn't even realise this could happen until I was showing someone how to create a custom report and saw all of my custom reports which included payroll and financial reports.Fortunately as I was there I was able to quickly delete all of my reports. I don't think this post is filed correctly as it is under Accountright ideas? This is not an idea - this is a major problem. The report tab is "My Custom reports" - surely this can be changed to something like "Company shared custom reports" in the interim? My custom reports clearly indicates these are my own reports which they are not. Thank you Glenda Purchase In Tray Hi When enlarging a document in the in tray - would it be possible to add a button for authorisation. Before paying our invoices, I need them to be authorised by certain staff members. At the moment I print them out and get them to sign the copy. It would be great if they could log in and authorise them in the in tray, so when I go to the in tray I can create new bill for all those authorised. So there would need to be a tag or something to show which user authorised the invoice. This way the invoice is stored and the authorisation to pay it. Hope this makes sense. Thank you Glenda
