The differences are listed against customer transactions in the 90+ column in the Receivables and Payables Reconciliations, relating to transactions dating back to 2018 and 2019. I cannot post screenshots of the customer data on a public page so have attached an example only of one customer showing a difference of $49.83. Our difference in the reports has been consistent now for a long time - I am thinking MYOB may need to go in behind the scenes and fix the particular entries causing us grief. Julie Multi Currency - variance in Trade Creditors & Trade Debtors Hi We use MYOB Multi Currency - Online AccountRight Premier V2023.10.0. Our Trade Debtors and Trade Creditors Reconciliations reports are showing Out of Balance Amounts that relate to USD denominated transactions from several years ago. It appears to be some sort of exchange variance that MYOB has recorded behind the scenes in 2018-2019 when we upgraded to MYOB Accountright V2019-2. We thought these may clear when we moved our file off our Server to an Online Version in 2022 but they are still there. The value of the transaction varies from +/- $0.01 through to $49.84 and we can compile a list of these that make up the difference showing on the report. We just want to clear these out of the reconciliation reports so our records are clean and accurate an show we balance. However, as the outstanding amounts do not show up within the card files themselves, we cannot see how we can fix this. How do we do resolve this? So something has changed on the MYOB end (We are on Windows 10, Server 2012 R2). I hope everyone else sees the same improvement. Big shout out to John21 who has been amazing with guidance throughout this saga, and came up with a solution to get prior week's reports lodged. All server edition users operating on a 2012 Server are now at the decision point of: - do we go to the expense of doing a Server Upgrade now to at least a 2016 Server; or - are we being forced online for STP2 from 1 Jan 2023 anyway, which makes the Server Upgrade financial commitment a complete waste of money for the sake of 2 months? Can MYOB please confirm to all Server Users ASAP: - STP2 will only ever be available for MYOB Accountright files kept Online - as such, all server editions of MYOB Accountright will be obsolete from 31 Dec 2022? This is imperative information to enable many MYOB users to make a financial decision that needs to be made right now. MYOB - can we get an update on where this is at from your end? I have avoided raising an individual support case query as this thread has been covering off on all the issues encountered, but should we be doing that now? What does MYOB suggest we do with these as we are currently not compliant with ATO rules?? We have two files not lodged, and not even showing in the Payroll Reporting Centre even though they are processed. This must be an issue with 2022.8, but it is not feasible to load the file online to lodge these STP reports. Hopefully MYOB comes up with a fix. We run the Server Edition also and are totally over the regular upgrades and the IT requirements to put them through. Without putting through the forced upgrades however, when we try to lodge our STP reports we are given the message: AccountRight needs updating A new version of AccountRight is available. Please update your software prior to accessing your online file. No matter what we try, we are unable to lodge the ATO reports without putting the upgrade through.
