Cheers Chrissy Reports: Show budgets for the full year, actuals for period selected Can we have a standard report that will populate with actual figures for a portion of the year and use the budget figures for the remaining portion of the year? Say its July, I would like to see Apr - Jul figures actual and then Aug - Mar figures budget. Currently have to export a Actual vs Budget report for a twelve month period to excel and reformat and add functions to get the data to report how its required. "Report for part year Actual figures and remaining periods budget figures for a full year" Budget: Add in/Copy values into the FY total field Rather than importing last years figures into the budget cells it would be good to be able to show the totals for a period (whatever budget period but for last year) and then be able to paste or copy them into the first cell to allow for the figures to be manipulated - rather than have to type them all in manually. It would also be good to be able to select a full column or full row, or a selction of either and apply a manipulation in bulk to those cells (copy, av, +/-) "Include ability to copy totals into the first cell of budgets" Re: Sales: In Tray - attach documents Yes please - attachments to sales/receive money also - good for interest/dividend statements and buyer created invoices, and for manually created orders given by clients - having the original order from the client attached to the sale would be a great help. Re: In Tray: Ability to convert Orders to Bills I agree - being able to add attachments to orders would be fantastic - if you are then using manual order books, you can attach that order if it requires additional confirmation from authorisors at bill payment time - they can see a copy of the manual order with out having to request the order book. Also I would like to be able to add attachments to sales invoices - for situations such as buyer created invoices sent by places like Fonterra, AFFCO, Bank interest certificates, Dividend statements etc. More annual periods available for P&L reporting It would be nice to be able to report more than two years on the P&L. Theres many years data available in MYOB but no way to collate it in P&L form to see trends without sending to excel and mucking about with it in there. I have many clients who would like to see 3-5 years worth of data reporting, and would use this function often.
