Some of the the Pay Run reported dates didn't align to when the pay would hit our bank accounts. This has screwed up our Reconciliation. My question: Is it possible to go back and change the "Date of Payment" on employee pay transactions, OR is there a way to correct the dates without having to delete the transaction. IF i need to delete the pay transactions, how do I create a new pay transaction with the correct paid date? I can't seem to create retrospective pay runs in MYOB. Thank you SolvedCreate journal entry: Add attachment We'd like to be able to attach receipts to general journal entries for Directors who make purchases with their own personal credit cards. Right now we just leave them in the intray as a storage mechanism. "Attach Receipts to General Journal Entries" Re: Attach Receipts to General Journal Entries Thanks Geoff. I'm assuming one may allocate an expense code of "owner contribution" to the "bill" and then reconcile as "owner repayment" when the spend transaction comes through? Add Unique Identifier Field to Bills As a consultant I have hundreds of bills (travel expenses) that need to be invoiced back to different clients. It would make life so much easier if I could assign a unique value / code / job number / client name / or something similar to any or all bills. This would make my invoicing back to client much simpler. Additional "Primary Contacts" under Business Contact Issue: We have many large clients where there will be a number of "Primary Contacts", not just one, depending on the job. Proposed solution: Allow the addition of up to 10 Primary Contacts under each Business Contact, which then can be drop menu selected when creating invoice.
