"Quick view bill attachments" Setup: Reports Menu should open Index to Reports directly It would be great if you could just click on Reports in the top menu bar and it went straight to reports! Instead of having to click again on Index to Reports. "One Click to Reports from top Menu Bar" Re: When using Pay Super, automatically remove the corresponding entries from payroll liabilities I use Pay Super and don't have to clear out any liabilities? Are you authorising and processing the payment from within MYOB? The payment transaction clears the liability account on the balance sheet. Maybe look at the instructions for Pay Super in MYOB support and check you are completing all steps. Ability to Deselect Payroll Categories and/or mark Inactive This is a major issue in MYOB for me! We have hundreds of payroll categories in our data file from a former business we sold, which I would love to hide, to save scrolling during data entry. If they could be deselected on the employee card, they would no longer appear in timesheet data entry. This currently can't be done if previous timesheets have used the old categories. It would also be great to be able to de-select them in employee cards, which currently can't be done if timesheets have used the old categories. Re: Banking: Prepare bank deposit - show individual transaction lines (non consolidation) Liam_M "Thank you for suggestion @Aspen. AccountRightdoesn't actually currentlyshow a daily amount received. What it does do, is show a single line for each transactions that you put through to undeposited funds - even if you have several different lines of that transaction allocated to undeposited funds. So this means this means that if you record one journal entry with several lines going to undeposited funds, the whole journal entryis considered a single transaction and the total of this one transaction is what will appear in undeposited funds." This explanation doesn't make sense, because in trying to solve this problem I have discovered that separate lines within a Journal to the bank account WILL appear separately. We have installed a new POS system that imports sales as a Journal rather than a Sales Invoice. Undeposited funds is lumping together the Cash, EFT and Amex, butif we use thebank account, it keeps them separate. However I still have a problem because each terminal has a separate journal but our cash is banked as a whole, so I still can't match the total cash deposit in the Bank Feed. Separate lines in undeposited funds would be better.
